Refund Policy – Adsin / Adsin The Learning Hub At Adsin, we aim to provide the best learning experience for all students. To maintain fairness and transparency, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Admission Fee / Registration Fee The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  2. Course Fee Refund Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions: If the student requests cancellation within 3 days of admission and has not attended any classes, they are eligible for a refund after deducting the registration fee + administrative charges. Once classes have started (online or offline), no refund will be provided.

  3. Batch Change Students may request a batch change within the first 7 days, subject to seat availability. No fee will be refunded for batch changes.

  4. Course Discontinuation by Student If a student stops attending the course due to personal reasons, no refund or fee adjustment will be provided.

  5. Course Cancellation by Institute If Adsin cancels or shifts a program, students will receive: Either a full refund Or free shifting to another batch (as per student preference)

  6. Online Course / Recorded Session Refund Payments for online courses, recorded content, and digital materials are non-refundable once access is provided.

  7. Mode of Refund Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.

Referral Policy

What Counts as a Successful Referral? A referral will be considered successful only if:

  • The referred student completes the official admission form.

  • The student pays the full fee for online courses OR first-term fee for offline courses, as per the approved payment plan.

  • There is no cancellation, withdrawal, or refund after admission.

When Will the Reward Be Given?

  • Referral rewards will be processed within 7–14 working days after the student’s payment is fully confirmed.

  • Rewards will be transferred only to the bank account or UPI ID registered in the referring student’s name.

Terms & Conditions

  • One student referral = One reward only.

  • If two students claim the same referral, management will verify chats and proof, and the final decision will be made by management.

  • Fake leads, self-referrals, or manipulated claims are strictly prohibited.

  • If the admission is refunded for any reason, the referral reward will be cancelled or recovered.
